Privacy policy
This policy explains how Jennive Bobb, a personal travel agent trading with Not Just Travel, handles the information you provide through JenniveTravel.co.uk.
What is collected
When you submit an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, travel dates, budget, must-haves and any message you write. Nothing else is collected, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
How it is used
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange any holiday you go on to book. They are never sold or shared for marketing. Where you proceed with a booking, the relevant details are shared with the travel suppliers needed to fulfil it.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely in a private database accessible only to Jennive, and a notification email is sent to jennive.bobb@notjusttravel.com. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for a copy of the information held about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. Email jennive.bobb@notjusttravel.com or call 07951 765318 and it will be actioned promptly.
